Liam was our main contact he was very helpful, friendly, knowledgable and the most importantly not a pushy salesman. All the staff we came into contact with throughout the process were nice, friendly people.

Williams BMW quibbled over the warranty, even though it's a mini I bought from a main dealer 6 months ago specifically to have the 12 months warranty. They tried to charge me a diagnostic fee of £150 without explanation.

David Houldsworth sorted everything out for us, also Jamie and Dion who helped also. Nothing was to much trouble for David as we had gone through a bad time, with an accident. Very pleased with our new car.
