Bought the car from them and had it serviced every year.At the last service I asked them to look for a rattle from the engine,was charged to look for the noise which they said they couldn't find. The noise got worse and I've been charged diag again.

Despite leaving the car at 8:30 and being told it would be ready before 5:00pm we arrived at 5:00 and they had to go looking for the paperwork which turned out to be wrong as we have a service contract so there far longer than was needed.
