the repair although only small, was paid for by BMW as i had only had the car 30 days, it was quick and efficient and they even cleaned for me as well, the woman who served me was lovely as well.

I waited with my mini ( for service and first MOT) and was given a timescale for the work, which was adhered to. My appointment time of 10 am was very convenient, and I received confirmation email and timely reminders prior to the date.
