I had a really positive experience. Laura was friendly, patient, and made everything feel easy. As I don't know much about cars, I appreciated that no question felt too silly, and she kept me updated with photos and videos throughout.

I cannot thank the team enough for helping us pull off an incredible surprise for our daughter. We first called on a Thursday, visited on Friday, and despite a Bank Holiday weekend falling in the middle, we had the keys by the following Wednesday!

expensive and I was told that my tyres needed replacing quoting £147 per tyre. I went to an independent tyre company where they tested all the tyres and all were over 3mm. Left tool in the footwell which was caught under the seat. Not valeted fully

I left my car with you all day, yet when I arrived at 4:15pm you were only just taking my car in..and I had about an hour and half wait then. The girl was very apologetic and very nice so she was lovely.

Always swift, professional service and was provided with a courtesy car as requested. I asked if my car could be checked asap ready for mid afternoon so I could pick my son up from nursery on time. Car was completed by 2pm!

In the midst of having my rear break pads replaced, I was sent a health check, which stated there was urgent tyre work required, despite the tread being way above the legal limit, and a manipulative online form used, pushing for immediate payment.

I recently had my service on February 20, 2026, and I'm covered by a service plan. However, my dashboard is now indicating that transmission oil is needed. I need to schedule an appointment to resolve this issue, but I'm worried about having to pay.
