Sam at minimum was amazing. He was polite, friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable. He offered so much support, regular phone calls and updates about the delivery time for the car and he made us feel we could leave things to him.

Car was serviced fairly quickly however it took longer for the car to be washed. I waited for the service and would have expected the service to take less less than 2.5 hours.

I waited with my mini ( for service and first MOT) and was given a timescale for the work, which was adhered to. My appointment time of 10 am was very convenient, and I received confirmation email and timely reminders prior to the date.

I was happy with the service on the whole but the payment link didn't come through in time so I ended up paying at the garage when collecting my car. There was a red flag that was therefore not brought to me attention until after I got home.

Completely satisfied with the service staff desk but not impressed with the reason given for the engine misfire. Reason given was a "rogue" spark plug. Given that ALL servicing is done by Williams the inference was this was done by a third party??

Mentioned upon check in that wiper blades may need replacing, then got phone call later to say it failed MOT because of this, why not replace before it went for MOT ?

Normally would be 5 stars but on this occasion the parts for the job (2 tyres) had not been ordered for the appointment, alternatives were offered but I wanted the ones chosen so they were ordered for the next day and fitted with no further problem.
