Went in Rochdale Mini expecting to either not get the deal I'd seen on line or to have to wait months for a car. Got the deal and the car within a week!!! Excellent. Staff were helpful and efficient, all wnet through smoothly. Love the car.

from first entering the showroom to browse in February to taking delivery of our mini in May we were treated extremely well and with respect. No sales pressure, all questions answered and the best, most informative handover I have ever had.

From the first contact on the telephone we knew this dealer was where we would purchase our mini from. After contacting 4 other dealers and going to 3 others, this one stood out from the crowd. Helpful, most polite and knowledgeable and not pushy.

I took my car in as had broken down and they said that the computer information had been deleted by previous garage. I had a print out of the faults but refused to look at this and made no attempt to try and find out why the car had failed.

Completely satisfied with the service staff desk but not impressed with the reason given for the engine misfire. Reason given was a "rogue" spark plug. Given that ALL servicing is done by Williams the inference was this was done by a third party??

Mentioned upon check in that wiper blades may need replacing, then got phone call later to say it failed MOT because of this, why not replace before it went for MOT ?

Normally would be 5 stars but on this occasion the parts for the job (2 tyres) had not been ordered for the appointment, alternatives were offered but I wanted the ones chosen so they were ordered for the next day and fitted with no further problem.

expensive and I was told that my tyres needed replacing quoting £147 per tyre. I went to an independent tyre company where they tested all the tyres and all were over 3mm. Left tool in the footwell which was caught under the seat. Not valeted fully
