I have not actually received the car that I thought I had ordered. In addition, the card key does not work on my car and I have requested a 2nd key, which I am waiting to hear about.

from first entering the showroom to browse in February to taking delivery of our mini in May we were treated extremely well and with respect. No sales pressure, all questions answered and the best, most informative handover I have ever had.

expensive and I was told that my tyres needed replacing quoting £147 per tyre. I went to an independent tyre company where they tested all the tyres and all were over 3mm. Left tool in the footwell which was caught under the seat. Not valeted fully

I left my car with you all day, yet when I arrived at 4:15pm you were only just taking my car in..and I had about an hour and half wait then. The girl was very apologetic and very nice so she was lovely.

Always swift, professional service and was provided with a courtesy car as requested. I asked if my car could be checked asap ready for mid afternoon so I could pick my son up from nursery on time. Car was completed by 2pm!
